This tactic is a lot harder to do via the phone as you can ask them exactly what they mean.
The phone still plays a vital part in any business and what with newer products available like the 0871 numbers that are designed to make life that bit easier for the customer the phone is certainly not going down without a fight, but with inventions like Skype it is difficult to see the future for the telephone.
