Research Study

Group #1 would participate by using Olympic lift exercises like Power Clean, High Pulls and Clean and jerk motions. Group #2 would use basic jump increasing exercises like double and single leg hurdle hops, alternating single leg hurdle hops and other vertical leap increasing exercises.

Research Study Results

The time given to determine the results of the research was set to two months. With out reading further who did you think the clear cut winners would be? Most of us were surprised when the winners turned out to be the first group that had used Olympic lift exercises. They showed a dramatic increase to there standing jump distances and 10 meter sprint speed.

This article wasn’t written with the intent of taking anything away from the athleticism of Lebron james. Rather we would have you take away from this the idea that the reason Group #1 was so successful really came down to three things.
